1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading our apps from the Google Play Store or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. App Subscriptions & Auto-Pay Mandates (Premium)

Onlyhim offers premium subscriptions processed securely via Razorpay. We offer a 1-day trial for ₹3 which requires setting up an auto-pay mandate. If you continue using the app after the trial expires, your mandate will automatically deduct the amount for the subscription plan you selected. You can manage and cancel these auto-pay mandates directly from the UPI or Bank application you used to authorize the payment.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our products, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our applications.
• Use our apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to bypass subscription verification systems.

1. Your Right to Erasure

We respect your privacy. You have the right to request the complete deletion of your personal data and associated accounts from our applications at any time.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data, please follow these steps:

• In-App: Navigate to the app's Settings or Profile section and tap "Delete Account" (if applicable).
• Via Email: Send an email to support@ginit.in from the email address linked to your account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Please mention the specific app name (e.g., Onlyhim).

3. Processing Time

Upon receiving a request, we will delete your data from our active servers within 14 days.

4. Subscriptions

Important: Deleting your account from our app does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. You must cancel your active subscription directly through the Google Play Store app to prevent future charges.

1. Standard Refund Policy

All subscription purchases and transactions processed through our applications and associated payment gateways (such as Razorpay) are considered final and non-refundable, except where strictly required by applicable local laws.

2. Trial Periods

We provide users with introductory trials (e.g., 1-day trial for ₹3) so you can evaluate the premium features before committing to a monthly subscription. It is your responsibility to cancel your auto-pay mandate before the trial concludes to avoid being charged the full subscription amount.

If you experience persistent technical difficulties that entirely prevent access to features you have paid for, or if you notice unauthorized charges, please contact us immediately at support@ginit.in. Include your App Name, Google Play Order ID or Razorpay Payment ID.

1. Age Restrictions

Our applications, particularly Onlyhim, are strictly designed for and restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to download, create an account, or use our services.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy against any content or behavior that exploits, harms, or threatens minors. Any accounts found to belong to individuals under 18, or accounts that promote child endangerment, will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities without warning.

If you suspect an underage user is active on our platform, please use the in-app reporting tools or email us directly at support@ginit.in with their profile details.
